Central office for Age Concern Lewisham and Southwark services. Advice and information. Community care support. Day centre. Healthy ageing activities. Home care, palliative home care. Insurance services. Help at home services. Ageing well scheme.



Lewisham Money Advice Service

Telephone service offering debt information and advice for Lewisham residents. Advice on mortgage or rent arrears, repossession action in the courts, and consumer credit debt. Casework service for people with complex debts. Representation and advice at Bromley County Court for mortgage/rent repossession hearings. Part of Lewisham CAB service.



999 Club - Deptford Drop-in

Drop-in centre offering social and practical support for the homeless and those with alcohol, drug, and mental and physical health problems. Tea and toast served all day, light lunch. Laundry facilities. Advice and advocacy in relation to wide range of benefit issues and support in finding housing. Free nursery for children of disadvantaged families. On site consultations by NHS nurses.



Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network

Advice and support for refugees and asylum seekers and migrants, including unaccompanied minors on asylum applications, immigration and nationality, housing, health, education, welfare benefits. Health access worker.



Children's Society - New Londoners

Advice, advocacy and support for young refugees, asylum seekers and migrants aged 13-19. Also provide advice and support for refugee, asylum seeker or new migrant families to improve access to primary services and successfully settle into the local community.



Refuge Community Outreach Project

Range of support services for women from Vietnamese speaking communities who are experiencing domestic violence. Casework, representation, advocacy and groupwork. One-to-one support in mother tongue languages on domestic violence issues. Self-help and awareness groupwork. Health and education group activities. Out of hours national helpline 0808 2000 247.



Deptford Reach

Day centre for adults who are vulnerable through homelessness, mental ill health, loneliness, severe poverty. Low cost meals, free tea, coffee, soup. Clothing store, shower, laundry facilities. GP, chiropodist, access to health care. Housing advice, resettlement support. Literacy, numeracy, IT classes. Training, educational, employment support. Leisure activities. Private Rented Scheme.

LB Lewisham - Single Homeless Intervention and Prevention Team

Centralised assessment and referral service, responsible for preventing homelessness and placing vulnerable single homeless people with support needs into supported accommodation. Clients must have a local connection with Lewisham.
