Legal advice and information on housing and immigration issues. Housing advice is provided for those who are eligible for legal aid and for cases which are still in scope.



Boston Women's Centre

Advice, information and support for women and children experiencing domestic abuse. Legal advice surgery on the first Wednesday of the month.



University of Westminster Pro Bono Centre

Legal advice and casework, provided by law students under 2 supervising solicitors. Main areas of work are social security appeals and Land Registry adjudications, but can consider other areas of law.

Free legal advice and specialist help in debt, housing and welfare benefits. Fuel debt advice and assistance.



Dover, Deal and District CAB - Dover

Advice and information on a range of issues, including housing rights, immigration and nationality, welfare rights and benefits, money and debt, consumer rights and employment rights. Solicitors appointments available.



GALOP

Advice and advocacy for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender victims of hate crime and those having problems with the police. LGBT people can report hate crime to GALOP anonymously.



Hackney Community Law Centre

Legal advice and representation for the local community. Subjects include housing, immigration and asylum, employment, discrimination, debt, community care. Advice line open 10am-1pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11am-1pm for immigration advice. Duty possession scheme for tenants facing eviction at the County Court. Also legal advice and seminars for small businesses and community groups.



Poole CAB

Advice and information on a range of issues, including housing rights, welfare rights and benefits, money and debt, consumer rights and employment rights. Representation at appeals and tribunals. Advice from solicitor, accountant and surveyor, by appointment.



Highfields Centre

Information and advice for the local community on a range of issues including debt, education, housing and welfare benefits. Councillor surgeries once a month. Multi access centre and One Stop Shop. Phone advice Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.



Ipswich and Suffolk Council for Racial Equality

Promotes equality of opportunity and good race relations, particularly in the areas of employment, education, housing, criminal justice and immigration and nationality. Advice and support for people experiencing racial discrimination/harassment. Legal advice from solicitors twice a month. Equal opportunities advice and training. Translation and interpreting service (charges made).
