Service offered: Outreach work and drop-in centre providing services to rough sleepers in Brighton and Hove. Cold weather support including sleeping bags, warm clothes, sandwiches and hot drinks. Advice, information and referrals to other support services such as hostels and rehabilitation centres. Outreach team works 7.30pm-10pm on 4 nights a week during winter and 2 nights during summer months.
Target group: Rough sleepers and people in temporary housing.
Area served: Brighton and Hove.
