Service offered: One-to-one flexible support for adults aged 18+ with physical disabilities who require support to live independently in their homes within North & West Belfast and the Shankill area. Support around safety and security issues, adaptations and equipment, life skills, social skills, finances and budgeting and resettlement.
Target group: Adults 18+ with disabilities who require support to live independently in their homes.
