Service offered: Changing Lives is a registered charity that delivers specialist services for housing, employment, women and children and recovery. They support people facing some of the most challenging circumstances to enable them to transform their lives.
Target group: People experiencing or at risk of homelessness, people in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, people facing mental health issues, those with multiple unmet needs, women and children, people experiencing sexual exploitation, people facing multiple disadvantage, those furthest from the labour market.
