Service offered: Information, advice and support on all issues relating to disability, including welfare rights, equipment, self-help groups, holidays, community care, housing and adaptions. Training on a wide range of disability related topics. Advice on the Disability Equality Act and access issues.
Target group: Anyone with a disability in North East England, their carers, families with disabled children, health care professionals
