General information
Service offered: We provide advice on a whole range of social security benefits including Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Disability Living Allowance for Children, Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit, Universal Credit as well as other allowances that you may be entitled to, such as free school meals, uniform grants, reduction in your water rates and council tax. We will check which benefits you might qualify for, and will advise and help with the application process. Sometimes we are able to help over the phone, and other times we’ll need to make an appointment for you to come along to an agreed location, where one of the team will support you through the process.
Target group: We currently provide a service to anyone who lives in the County of Conwy.
