Service offered: Cyrenians Foundations to Employment Project offers support to those with multiple/complex barriers:e.g. Convictions, Alcohol and/or drugs, Low social skills, A lack of self-management, Low self-esteem or lack of confidence; who are looking to find a job or secure further learning opportunities. The project provides: High quality one-to-one outreach support (using Cyrenians Key Worker Practice model)/Mechanisms for connecting people to the right resources and opportunities relevant to their specific needs/Work experience/placements within Cyrenians social enterprises/Help matching people to other employers for work trials, tasters or jobs/Practical support to plan and make the transition into employment
Target group: Individuals with multiple/complex barriers looking for volunteering opportunities/employment/further learning opportunities
