Service offered: Advice and assistance for older people, who require improvements, adaptations and repairs to their homes to enable them to remain living there. Assistance with applying for grants in order to pay for the work and/or financial advice in terms of accessing Welfare Benefits etc.
Target group: Older people aged over 60 and people with physical disabilities.
