General information

Service offered: Advice Centre based in the Coalfields area serving communities of Sunderland. Qualified Advice Workers provide advice on benefit entitlement, consumer issues, employment rights, energy advice, money and debt. In our Community Hub we offer training, education, community development and campaigning around issues of local concern. We also have a community shop, volunteering activities and an Electronic Village Hall providing free access to the internet and computers for job search, CVs, benefit claims etc.

Target group: The local community.

Area served: Coalfield, Washington and East areas in Sunderland.
