Service offered: We are the Oxford Community Work Agency (OCWA) that is known locally as ‘The Barton Project’. We are based in Barton estate just outside Oxford. OCWA currently provides two main services Oxfordshire Welfare Rights (OWR) and Barton Advice Centre (BAC). We are experts on social security and tax credit law. We provide a full advice service including representation for individuals at appeal tribunal hearings.
