Service offered:Hallam Students’ Union Advice Service aims to empower and enable students to take their own action wherever possible. They are there to help you with queries or problems you may have while you are at University and if they cannot help you, they will usually know someone who can!. There is lots of self-help information on their website, however they can also be contacted through their online Ask Us form (https://www.hallamstudentsunion.com/ask/), they also run a drop-in service, see their website for times and location Get Advice (https://www.hallamstudentsunion.com/support/advice/) . The Advice team are professionally trained and experienced advisers who are independent of the University. The service is free, independent, and confidential.
