Service offered: Provides advice, information and support for foster carers. Offers a membership package to foster carers that includes comprehensive legal advice and support, counselling, advice and support during allegations, including advocacy and mediation. Has a 24 hour, 7 days, 52 weeks of the year helpline for members. Foster Carers can join FosterTalk by calling the helpline number or through the website. Offers a call back to every caller using the service. Supports over 20,000 foster carers, working with over 80 fostering organisations, throughout the UK. Also provides face-to-face support to foster carers facing allegations via its Foster Carers Independent Support Service (FISS).
