General information

Service offered: Advice line offering free, confidential telephone support and advice. Team of advisers can offer advice and information on rights and entitlements throughout pregnancy, maternity leave and return to work. Can also advise employers about managing pregnant women and new parents. Further support includes training for advisors, community workers, midwives and other health professionals. Also provide specialist training for midwives on improving care for refugee and asylum seeking women and supporting vulnerable migrants. Materials available in Polish, Spanish and Portuguese. Calls are free and do not show on phone bills.
