Service offered: GroceryAid supports people who work or have worked in the grocery industry. This includes anyone who works for a supermarket, wholesaler, manufacturer, convenience store, independent grocer, petrol forecourt store or service provider to the grocery trade. We also support businesses in the foodservice wholesale sector GroceryAid offers both financial and emotional support. The confidential GroceryAid Helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on Freephone: 08088 0211 22 who can provide ‘in the moment’ emotional support from a BACP qualified counsellor to help you plan your next steps. The Helpline can also offer: Structured telephone or face to face counselling, following assessment. Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme, following assessment. Information line offering guidance to you from Citizens Advice trained advisors.
