Service offered: Disability Assist is a charity which supports adults in Kent with disabilities and disabling long-term health conditions to live more independently. This means having the right support in place and being in control to live the life they choose. We provide a number of services, including information, advice and guidance on anything around independent living, help with benefits, advocacy and peer support.
