Service offered: Our aim is to support residents to improve their health in whatever way suits them best. We believe that a person’s health is impacted by both their own behaviour and the community they live in. We support communities to develop social networks, run community safety initiatives, develop committees which give young people a voice and run projects which provide opportunities for older residents to learn alongside younger residents.
