Service offered: Changing Futures North East (formerly Headland Future Ltd) provides advice and support for seperated parents to help them to deal with the challenges of seperation and work together for the benefit of their children. Working with separated families in Hartlepool, the organisation has tested new outreach based approaches to working with couples and conflict – with each intervention tailored to individual family needs. More recently, a new pilot initiative has been launched to work with couples who have been separated for two years or more using a therapeutically informed 12 week programme.
