Service offered: Information, advice and engagement activities for disabled people, carers and professionals. Deal with a range of issues including benefits, community care, health services, housing, transport and disability equality. Carers information pack and follow up service. Also can provide information in packs on benefits and appeals not just for carers.
Target group: People with disabilities, carers, service providers, anyone with a query regarding disability.
