General information

Service offered: Information, advice, advocacy and engagement activities for disabled people, carers and professionals. Deal with a range of issues including benefits, community care, health services, housing, transport and disability equality. Carers information pack and follow up service.

Target group: People with disabilities, carers, service providers, anyone with a query regarding disability.
