Service offered: The University’s Legal Advice Centre provides free legal advice for the local community in areas of employment law, civil and consumer disputes, housing and property matters, and probate matters. The University's Legal Advice Centre builds upon a long tradition of student law clinics, where it is recognised that both the community and students can benefit by either giving or receiving free independent legal advice in a time when legal aid funding has been substantially cut.
