General information

Service offered: Docklands Outreach is health and preventative support agency. The organisation provides practical and therapeutic support to children and young living in Tower Hamlets on a range of emotional and mental health difficulties. These can range from low mood, depression or anxiety, to young people effected by racism, family difficulties, alcohol or substance misuse. Or those needing support with accessing positive activities, training or employment opportunities. Support is also provided to parents who have children aged 3-13 years, with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Current support on offer: Please note due to Covid-19 all our support is provided remotely via telephone, and video conferencing. Street and Community Outreach – on hold due to Covid-19. Information, Advice and Psychosocial Support. Counselling & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Parenting Support - Individual and group. Workshops and Discussion Groups – on hold due to Covid-19.
