General information

Service offered: Docklands Outreach is health and preventative support agency. The organisation provides mainly therapeutic and some practical support to children and young living in Tower Hamlets on a range of emotional and mental health difficulties. These can range from low mood, depression or anxiety, to young people effected by racism, family difficulties, alcohol or substance misuse. Or those needing support with accessing positive activities, training or employment opportunities. Support is also provided to parents who have children aged 3-13 years, with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Current support on offer: Advice and Psychosocial Support. Counselling, Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Parenting Support - Individual and Group, Workshops and Discussion Groups. We offer blended support a combination of phone, online and face to face from different locations in the borough of Tower Hamlets.
