Service offered: We administrate Housing Benefit and the Council Tax Reduction Scheme as delegated by the government. This involves processing new claims and updating claims when there are relevant changes in circumstances. If Housing Benefit is overpaid we have a responsibility to collect the overpaid benefit and we aim to do that without causing undue hardship to a claimant.
