Service offered: We are here to provide information and support to the 540,000 people across the UK with Crohn’s or Colitis. When your gut doesn’t work the effects can be devastating. Your immune system doesn’t work properly and your body starts attacking itself. Our charity helps people whose lives are affected by Crohn’s and Colitis to live well, from giving support and reassurance right now, to providing hope for the future through pioneering research. Our 50 local networks across the UK bring together people affected by Crohn’s and Colitis in their local area. While people can share their experiences and ask questions of others with Crohn’s and Colitis on our Facebook forum and in virtual social events.

Target group: The service is available to anyone living with Crohn’s or Colitis, anywhere in the UK.
