General information
Service offered: Taff is a successful community-based Housing Association with over 1300 homes in the Canton, Fairwater, Grangetown, Riverside and Butetown areas of Cardiff, as well as specialist supported housing projects for young women in Roath and Canton. Taff provides temporary, supported accommodation to young, homeless women through its Support Services department. Accommodation may be offered to women aged between 16 and 25 who are homeless and with support needs in the following projects in Cardiff: Ty Enfys project provides accommodation and support to pregnant women and mothers with a baby up to the age of 2 years. Ty Seren is for young, single women. Ty Haul, our move-on project, offers floating support to young, single women
