Service offered: Our aims are: To provide practical assistance and support to people who are at risk of losing their home and where this is not possible or the client is vulnerably housed, enable the client to make a planned and timely move into affordable and sustainable accommodation. To provide resettlement support to those who have been homeless to recover quickly and settle into their accommodation. To give support to people at risk of, or experiencing, domestic abuse to access safe and secure housing.
Target group: Those at risk of becoming homeless, and those who have been homeless before who need help to deal with their housing problems.
