General information

Service offered: Oasis is a health service for young people aged 14-35, who are experiencing psychological distress: struggling to cope at school, college university or work / preferring to spend time alone, away from family or friends / feeling anxious irritable or depressed / confused or muddled thinking / feeling that people and things seem unreal or strange / constantly thinking about different ideas or beliefs / unusual experiences like seeing or hearing things that other people can't. Our team includes, psychologists, nurses and doctors. We offer individual and family therapy, medical consultations and practical support. Oasis is a service offering advise and support for people who maybe experiencing disturbances in thoughts, feelings. People may find the world distressing and confusing. People may experiences unusual sensations such as seeing or hearing things that others can't or be preoccupied with new ideas, withdrawn from family and friends and find it difficult to cope with everyday life. We offer psychological intervention, practical and social support and medical reviews.
