Service offered: Free, confidential, impartial advice and information on a range of issues and rights including: welfare benefits, money and debt, housing and/or homelessness, employment, consumer, relationships and pensions. Negotiations on behalf of clients and representation at tribunals. Home or hospital visits are sometimes possible for the elderly, sick or disabled who are unable to attend the office.
