Service offered: Services and support for older people and carers. Help at Home, Gardening, Handyman and Community Support to assist people with day to day tasks and help them to remain independent at home for a long as possible. Two Adult Day Centres one for older people who need a little extra support and the other for those with mid to late stages of Dementia, Music for the Memory Sessions. Carer support. Lunch Clubs. Information & Advice for the Over 50’s.
