Service offered: Legal advice, representation & advocacy for people facing homelessness, tenants & owner-occupiers needing to know about housing rights. Subjects covered include illegal eviction, disrepair, rent/mortgage arrears, housing benefit, tenancy agreements, harassment, domestic violence, finding somewhere to live, possession actions. Debt & benefit advice. Formerly known as Derbyshire Housing Aid.

Target group: People who are homeless, or have debt, welfare benefits, housing or related issues.
