General information

Service offered: Our aim to help families in the Forest of Dean by providing emergency supplies of baby milk, food, and nappies and some equipment. We also incorporate The Forest of Dean Children’s Clothing Cupboard who aim to recycle clothes for ages up to 16 including some School Uniform. Our aim is to help and support families within the Forest of Dean not just with donations but with advice and support and a friendly face. We have reduced what donations we will store but we will do our best to get what is required. We do ask people to remember that we as a team are all volunteers and we have to cover our own costs of our fuel etc, so please use the drop off points if you can (see pinned post on Facebook) There is a set donation amount that we will give of formula, if it is required it would have to be requested via a referral from a professional midwife / health visitor. We work along with a number of local organisations (see our website). We will contact you within 2 hours of getting the referral and will ask a few questions, but all discussions are confidential. If we are able to help we will get it to you within 24 hours. You will be told who will be making the drop off.
