General information
Service offered: We are a service which gives free, confidential and impartial information advice and support on all aspects of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including health and social care. We have a telephone helpline with 24 hour voicemail; email advice line; face to face support by appointment; written information and advice leaflets; signposting to other services; training and workshops; information sessions for parents and young people. We can Guide you through the Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment and planning process, Help you to contribute your views to the assessment process or at annual reviews; Help you with paper work; Help you to prepare for meetings and/or support you at meetings. We do not have a physical office – the Branksome address is postal only.
Target group: Young people, parents and carers of children with special education needs and/or disabilities (age 0-25)
