General information
Service offered: Offering free confidential and impartial information advice and support to Reading parents/carers who have children/young people with SEND and to the children and young people directly, if required. The service also offers support to parents who are finding secondary transfer a challenge, whether or not the child has SEND.
Target group: Young people, parents and carers of children with special education needs and/or disabilities (age 0-25)
