General information
Service offered: Impartial information, advice and support for families with a son or daughter up to age 25 with Special Educational Needs or a disability. We can support the parent/s-carer/s or the young people themselves. We provide information, advice and support on all aspects of the statutory assessment process leading to an Education Health and Care Plan as well as annual reviews and transitions from one school or educational setting to another.
Target group: Young people, parents and carers of children with special education needs and/or disabilities (age 0-25)
