General information

Service offered: Advice, support and safe accommodation for those experiencing domestic abuse. 24hr Helpline, drop-in and outreach services. Perpetrator service and Friends & Family support service.

Target group: Anyone experiencing/have experienced domestic abuse

Area served: Sunderland, Washington and Houghton areas, but will accept referrals from anywhere for refuge

Monday: 9am-5pm (Helpline outside those hrs)

Tuesday: 9am-5pm (Helpline outside those hrs)

Thursday: 9am-5pm (Helpline outside those hrs)

Friday: 9am-5pm (Helpline outside those hrs)

Weekends: Helpline

Access notes: Ground floor flat in purpose built refuge for victims of domestic violence who are wheelchair users or have limited mobility.
