General information
Service offered: Advice and information on all kinds of topics is provided: welfare benefits, housing, education, job search and other more general issues. We have a Somali and Swahili advice worker on hand to meet language needs. We run a monthly support group to promote wellbeing, and organise counselling sessions as required. We aim to raise awareness of mental health issues, healthy eating and how best to promote emotional health and wellbeing. Cooking classes focused on improved nutrition and better diets are offered along with other lifestyle coaching and general health advice.
