Service offered: We are a Bolton based social business offering a range of Support and Environmental Services to business and the public. As a social business our primary aim is to deliver excellent, ethical, and reliable services, which provide: Opportunity to access skills, training or employment / Create good, accessible employment opportunities / Deliver profits for reinvestment in Bolton. With a focus on supporting people and creating opportunity to access work, SWY delivers a range of Support and Environment Services to individual and business clients. Our environment team offer services to business ensuring high quality delivery whilst creating opportunities for entry level work. We maintain excellent quality services whilst proving a chance to get back to work, with 30% of our workforce drawn from out of work candidates. Environment Services Include: Caretaking / Cleaning / Handy Persons / Statutory Inspection / Voids Clean and Clear / Bio Fogging. Our support team offers services both individual and business customers and are aimed at developing knowledge, skills and confidence to improve quality of life and assist customers to access work. During 2018 / 19 we have supported over 1500 customers Support Services include: Barrier Busting / In Work Support / Digital Inclusion / Debt, Money and Welfare Advice / Home Energy Advice / Community Research / Motiv8 . Starts with you Ltd. is a social enterprise subsidiary of Bolton at Home, delivering a range of services on a commercial basis and re-investing profits in the delivery of social impact (social value). We aspire to champion and demonstrate a kinder, fairer way of doing business, trading profitably and ethically, re-investing profits in our Purpose.
