General information
Service offered: We are a Bolton based social enterprise business offering a range of Impact and Property Services to businesses and the public. We maintain, manage, and inspect properties to keep buildings safe and occupants happy. All our profits are retained in the business to support our social purpose or gift-aided to charity. We provide a free, flexible service to help people back to their feet through our Impact Team. We cover everything from energy advice to digital inclusion, money advice to employment skills. Above all we break down barriers, build confidence and empower people to reach their full potential. We also offer these services on a B2B basis as well via grant and cross-subsidy. We maintain excellent quality services whilst proving a chance to get back to work, with over a third of our workforce drawn from out of work candidates. Property Services Include: Caretaking / Cleaning / Handy Persons / Building Safety / Building Clean and Clear / Bio Fogging / Damp and Condensation. We can create a tailor-made, bespoke service to meet client needs.
