Service offered: Information and practical help for people from the Italian and immigrant communities. Provides advice on welfare benefits, especially benefits under EU regulation, eg. retirement, pensions, children, disability benefits, tax credits

Target group: People from the Italian and immigrant community, those who paid into the Italian Social Security Scheme and anyone who needs help with welfare benefits claims.
