Service offered: One to one peer support for North Ayrshire adults (aged 18-65) who are engaged with mental health services. The peer support is provided by Peer Workers with lived experience of mental health issues. The service also provides wellbeing workshops to community groups, free of charge.
Target group: North Ayrshire adults (18-65) who are engaged with mental health services. Community groups/organisations who have members/service users with mental health issues.
