Service offered: If you’ve been affected by crime, call your local victim care team in Lancashire on 0300 323 0085. Lines are open: Monday – Friday 9am – 6.30pm. Alternatively, you can contact us via live chat - our normal operating hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can also access the Victim Support live chat service via the Lancashire Police and Crime Commissioner's website (www.lancashirevictimservices.org). If you need support outside of our open hours, call our Supportline for free on 08 08 16 89 111 or request support via our website.
