General information
Service offered: Age Concern Hampshire (ACH) provides services to people aged 50+ across Hampshire to help them live well independently at home for longer. The Care and Wellbeing Centres offer support for those with additional needs such as Dementia and/or physical frailty whilst providing valuable and essential respite to carers and families. Other services include Help at Home, Foot care, Information Services, Form Filling for Attendance Allowance and Blue Badge, Social Groups, activities and more.
Target group: Older people their families, friends and carers.
