Service offered: The service aims to provide the advice people need for the problems they face, including benefits, debt, housing, employment and consumer issues. Citizens Advice service is free, confidential, impartial and independent. People can telephone, email, use webchat or visit a local office in person. At the Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire we have a wide range of services such as A) Money and Debt advice for tenants of Cottsway Housing and Greensquare Housing. B) Oxfordshire Specialist Advice Service, which is a free, independent telephone advice and information service for all older people, their families, carers, friends and professionals. C) Energy Best Deal and Energy Best Deal Extra: Energy talks for organizations and community groups, and one to one appointments for individuals to help consumers pay no more than they need to and to receive information on energy suppliers, switching suppliers, financial support, grants and schemes.
