Service offered: Information, advice, advocacy and representation for people facing housing problems. The telephone helpline provides an initial level of information, advocacy and advice. People requiring more in-depth assistance or ongoing casework can be referred to local specialist services.

Target group: Homeless people and people with housing difficulties.
