Service offered: We provide information, advice and guidance for family carers of all ages including Carer’s Assessments, Emergency Planning, Family Carers’ Prescription, training for family carers, groups and activities for children and young people with disabilities, Young Carers & Young Adult Carers support, flexible breaks for family carers of all ages, Carer support groups and hubs, Carer awareness training for your staff, respite care in the home and in the community and End of Life and Palliative care.
Target group: Family carers of all ages caring for people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, palliative conditions, learning difficulties, mental health, etc. of any age; people with care needs.
Area served: Huntingdonshire, Cambridge City, South and East Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Fenland and Norfolk
