Service offered: We provide Almshouse retirement housing to approximately 350 older people and provide 25% of the specialist housing for older people in the borough of Elmbridge. We offer a wide variety of homes on our large estate, including over 250 listed almshouse cottages and 51 extra care flats. The community within Whiteley Village offers many social and health opportunities to support someone to live well and independently in their later years.
Target group: Those of retirement age (women 60 years of age and over, gentleman 65 years of age and over) and limited means with a need for housing.
Area served: The Whiteley Homes Trust accepts applications from all areas of the UK.
