General information
Service offered: 5 DAYS A WEEK advice, guidance and advocacy service for vulnerable migrants living, working or studying in Kingston upon Thames and the surrounding areas of SW London. Face-to-face visits available during working hours by appointment (subject to staff availability). Most advisers speak at least one other language. We can assist and explain to clients about practical issues on a wide range of subjects, most commonly housing, rent arrears, debt, maximising income, benefits and their welfare rights. We can write and telephone on client’s behalf and can signpost and refer to specialist services when it is appropriate to do so.
Target group: Men and women from the Middle East and North Africa, Asia, Hong Kong BNO nationals, ESOL clients/ learners
