General information
Service offered:The Southwark Wellbeing Hub is an open, welcoming space offering non crisis mental health support for Southwark residents aged 18+.
The Hub’s main base is Southwark Resource Centre, open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Over time, we will also offer support at London Bubble Theatre and other community venues.
Support available includes:
• one to one sessions
• group work
• peer support
• information, advice and guidance
• support to access Adult Social Care
Groups will run in six week blocks, helping people work towards clear goals with structured peer support.
