General information
Service offered: Mental Health Services Including: Housing & related debt and benefit issues / Connecting with people who have a lived experience of mental health through 1:1 Peer Support and peer lead groups / Personalised Community 1:1 support & Supported Living staffed 24/7. NIHCSS are contracted to accept referrals from Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust Crisis, Community Mental Health team and Acute Ward service users if the service user has a care Co-ordinator, or a mental health social worker at Norfolk County Council. We cannot accept self-referrals or referrals from primary care services such as GP’s.
Target group: Adults over 18 with severe and enduring mental health needs, including individuals with complex needs.
