General information
Service offered: A free NHS service, part of the IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) programme, providing evidenced based treatments for people (18+) living with stress, anxiety and depression in the East Sussex area. They also offer a range of therapy treatments for those individuals experiencing low mood and or anxiety who are living with Chronic Pain, Diabetes (Type 1 or 2), Long Covid, Cardiac conditions or Respiratory conditions such as COPD. The service offers a range of treatments including groups and online therapy to improve access for all people who struggle to make appointments.
