General information
Service offered: Part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme, this service offers help and support to adults living in South Essex who are experiencing common mental health difficulties such anxiety, stress and depression. Treatments include; online, face-to-face and/or group psycho educational courses as well as protected time with Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Counsellors and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Therapists.
