Service offered: A gardening for health charity, providing social and therapeutic horticulture (STH) programmes to a wide range of people with varying needs. STH is the process of using plants and gardening outdoors with others to improve physical and mental health, increase social connection and improve confidence and skills. We offer different gardening programmes including: Life Changers: for people recovering from a life-changing health condition or injury such as stroke, cancer, surgery, heart disease or other health condition. Growing Out: for those experiencing mental ill-health such as anxiety, depression, isolation or other mental health condition. Garden Thyme: for people living with dementia or memory loss. General Therapeutic Gardening: for adults with a disability, learning disability or autism.
